PROMEL, represented by Tommaso Cecchi, attended the CNA NEXT 2026 – New Routes event in Rome as a guest of CNA Florence.
An important opportunity to discuss the issues that are marking the future of businesses, including the shortage of qualified personnel, linked to the demographic decline and the flight of young people from our country – aspects also at the center of our project #INTEGRA.
During the event, PROMEL received recognition from CNA as a virtuous example of generational transition, a complex but crucial path to ensure continuity and growth over time.
