PROMEL founded in 2000 PROMEL Costruzioni S.r.l.
The company has developed its capacity in the sector of precision mechanical machining, on prototypes, small series and assembled groups, also to customer specifications. The processes are carried out in controlled temperature environments and with centesimal tolerances
Over the years we have gained considerable experience in small/medium series mechanical machining.
The mechanical workshop has the support of the production engineering department and is equipped with CAD/CAM stations to make the most of the 5-axis machines with which the division is equipped.
PROMEL also carries out design, construction and assembly of mechanical equipment.

CNC MACHINE
Mechanical machining is performed using state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, while dimensional checks are performed using three-dimensional measurement systems in a constant-temperature environment.
The PROMEL® mechanical division operates in controlled climate conditions, guaranteeing precision to the nearest hundredth of a millimeter.
Production area: small and medium-sized series.
The workshop is supported by the production engineering department, equipped with modern CAD/CAM workstations that allow the full potential of the company’s 5-axis machines to be exploited.

GROUP ASSEMBLY
The PROMEL COSTRUZIONI workshop features areas dedicated to the assembly and testing of mechanical assemblies.
All mechanical, electrical, and electronic tests are performed.
PROMEL also designs, builds, and assembles mechanical equipment.

TESTING AND INSPECTION
PROMEL COSTRUZIONI combines precision mechanical machining with a dedicated quality control and dimensional testing department, ensuring high standards on prototypes, small series, and assembled units, including those based on customer specifications.
We have introduced ZEISS SPECTRUM into our testing area, a cutting-edge measuring system that allows us to perform extremely precise metrological checks, adapting to complex geometries and surfaces. This tool ensures reliability, consistency, and superior quality at every stage of production.
Thanks to this technology and in-house expertise, PROMEL subjects each product to thorough dimensional testing and certifies all intermediate and final tests. Quality documentation, such as FAI and FMEA process analyses, is also produced to support the most critical processes.
